About WebSaaS

Most growing businesses do not have a technology problem. They have an operations problem.

Disconnected systems, unclear processes, manual follow-ups, and unreliable data create friction that slows decisions and makes growth harder than it needs to be. WebSaaS helps small established businesses bring structure to that complexity by aligning systems, processes, workflows, and reporting so owners can scale with more clarity, consistency, and control.

    Why WebSaaS Exists

WebSaaS was built for owners who know the business can run better, but need a clearer way to identify what is actually slowing it down. The work starts with assessment, not assumptions. We look at workflows, tools, reporting, handoffs, follow-up, and decision visibility so owners can understand what needs to be fixed first.

    Our Mission

Our mission is to help small businesses move from reactive, scattered operations to structured, visible, and repeatable execution.

We do this through practical business assessments, workflow cleanup, reporting visibility, CRM and automation alignment, process documentation, and advisory support.

    Our Vision

We believe small businesses should have access to the kind of operational structure, systems thinking, and performance visibility usually reserved for larger organizations, without the heavy corporate consulting experience.

Our vision is to help founder-led businesses build stronger operating foundations before growth adds more pressure, more tools, or more complexity.

    What We Believe

    Clear operations come before automation.

Better tools only help when the process behind them is understood.

Owners need visibility before they can make confident decisions.

Simple, repeatable workflows are often more valuable than complex systems.

Small businesses deserve practical guidance, not jargon or overbuilt solutions.

Long-term operating clarity matters more than quick software fixes.

    Meet the Founder

WebSaaS is led by Gilbert Sepulveda, an operations and systems advisor who brings enterprise-level operating discipline to small business challenges.

    About Gilbert Sepulveda

WebSaaS was founded by Gilbert Sepulveda, an operations, systems, and business process improvement professional with experience across logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, reporting, system alignment, and founder advisory work.

Gilbert’s interest in small business started early, helping his mother as she built a bakery and learning the administrative work behind running a business firsthand. That experience shaped a practical respect for the details owners carry every day: customers, paperwork, coordination, follow-up, decisions, and the pressure of keeping the business moving.

His approach has also been shaped by emergency response and coordination experience in Puerto Rico, including supporting procedures, training, dispatch-style decision-making, and helping co-found a volunteer emergency response team. He also supported youth development through search and rescue and survival instruction. These experiences reinforced a calm, structured approach to complex situations where clarity, coordination, and timely decisions matter.

He has also supported small organizations outside of corporate environments, including helping with church registration and administration, helping reorganize another church, and temporarily supporting senior leadership responsibilities while the senior pastor was traveling. Across those experiences, the pattern has been consistent: bring structure where people are carrying too much in their heads.

Today, through WebSaaS, Gilbert brings enterprise-level operational discipline and small-business empathy to owners who need clearer systems, better visibility, and practical next steps.

Experience That Translates Into Small Business Clarity

Gilbert has worked in cross-functional and global operations environments where execution depends on the coordination of multiple teams, systems, regions, data sources, and business requirements.

His work has connected operations, IT, analytics, finance, customer service, account management, warehouse teams, transportation teams, and leadership groups around clearer workflows, better reporting, and more reliable execution.

That experience shapes the way WebSaaS approaches small business operations: not by adding more tools first, but by understanding how work actually moves through the business, where handoffs break down, where data becomes unreliable, and where owners need better visibility to make decisions.

    • Cross-functional operations across logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, finance, analytics, IT, and leadership teams
    • Global and multi-site operating environments with multiple systems, regions, and reporting requirements
    • KPI development, scorecards, dashboards, and operational reporting
    • Workflow cleanup, process documentation, and manual-work reduction
    • WMS, ERP, CRM, BI, automation, and reporting-system alignment
    • System transitions, data validation, operational controls, and high-change execution environments
    • Founder and leadership advisory support

    Who WebSaaS Is Built For

WebSaaS is built for small established businesses and founder-led teams where work is getting done, but too much depends on memory, manual follow-up, disconnected tools, unclear responsibilities, or reporting that does not tell the full story.

This is especially relevant for service businesses, logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, and tech-enabled teams that are growing and need their operations to become more consistent before they scale further.

    Common problems we see:

    • Follow-up lives in too many places
    • Reports do not clearly show what is happening
    • The owner has to keep too many details in their head
    • Tools are being used, but they are not aligned
    • Processes are known by people but not documented
    • Growth is creating more coordination problems
