TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

WEB SAAS AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any applicable agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Web SaaS regarding your use of the Services.
